OPWC funds have been secured to fund the road construction costs. The County is the lead agent and has hired a consultant for the design.  The City has acquired the necessary right-of-way within the City.  Road widening and reconstruction should take place in 2008; this portion is a joint project with the County Engineer’s office for the improvements of Applegrove Road from N. Main Street to Market Avenue.
