Board of Control Meeting

 
The City of North Canton Board of Control
consists of
The Mayor - David Held
Director of Finance - Alex Zumbar
Director of Administration - Earle Wise, Jr.
Law Director - Randy McFarren

The Mayor may, within the amount appropriated by Council, make purchases and enter into contracts on behalf of the municipality involving expenditures in amounts as established from time to time by Section 735.05 of the OHIO REVISED CODE.  No expenditures in excess of $25,000.00 shall be entered into without prior approval of the Board of Control.

All meetings of the Board of Control shall be open to the public.  All actions of the Board of Control shall be by a vote of a majority of the members of the Board of Control.
